01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the yk333 website, mobile platform, applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by yk333 ("yk333", "we", "us", "our"). The Platform provides online casino gaming, live dealer tables, sports betting, and associated financial services to registered players located in Bangladesh.

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the yk333 service, you ("Player", "User", "you") enter into a legally binding agreement with yk333 and agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms are written in English and are the authoritative version of this Agreement. yk333 targets the Bangladesh market and operates in compliance with its internal policies designed to protect Bangladeshi players. All monetary references in these Terms are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless stated otherwise.

02 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

The yk333 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent, warrant, and confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporate entity for the purpose of wagering;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the yk333 Platform or been excluded by yk333 for any other reason.

2.2 Registration Process

To access real-money gaming features on yk333, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid email address, a unique username, a secure password, your date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet where applicable. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on the yk333 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. yk333 uses technical and procedural controls to detect and prevent multi-accounting.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

yk333 reserves the right to request identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) documentation from any player at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges or permanent closure of the account.

03 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your yk333 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. yk333 will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify yk333 immediately by contacting [email protected].

3.2 Account Activity Responsibility

You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you, except in cases where you have notified yk333 of a security breach and yk333 has acknowledged receipt of that notification. yk333 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. yk333 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ৳50 per calendar month to inactive accounts following written notice to the registered email address. If the account balance reaches zero as a result of inactivity fees, the account may be closed. Players may reactivate their account at any time by logging in and contacting support if required.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your yk333 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and provided no outstanding bonus wagering obligations remain unfulfilled.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

yk333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. yk333 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to registered players.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Individual maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on the payment method used and the player's account tier. Players are encouraged to review the current limits displayed within their account dashboard. yk333 reserves the right to adjust limits for individual accounts based on verification status, transaction history, and risk assessment.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to the player's gaming balance within 60 seconds of mobile wallet confirmation under normal operating conditions. Card-based deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes to reflect depending on the issuing bank's processing time. yk333 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing and Wallet Matching

All withdrawal requests are subject to yk333's wallet-matching policy: funds will only be returned to the same payment method and account from which the corresponding deposit was made. This policy is a fraud prevention measure and applies to all withdrawal requests without exception. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours of a verified request during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during public holidays including Eid and Pohela Boishakh.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on the yk333 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). yk333 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Players using international cards may be subject to foreign exchange conversion fees charged by their issuing bank, for which yk333 accepts no liability.

4.6 Player Funds

Player funds held in yk333 accounts are maintained separately from yk333's operational funds. yk333 does not use player funds for operational expenses. Players' deposits are held in designated accounts and are available for withdrawal subject to these Terms.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, yk333 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, which form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; failure to do so will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. yk333 reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility on an individual account basis. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Evidence of bonus abuse — including the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings and may result in permanent account closure.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

yk333 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: structured wagering designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, exploitation of promotional mechanics through coordinated play, and systematic withdrawal of bonus-derived funds without genuine gaming intent. Any account identified as engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus balances voided and may be subject to account suspension.

5.5 Seasonal Promotions

yk333 may offer special promotions during cultural and sporting events relevant to Bangladesh, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, the T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international series. These promotions will be announced on the yk333 Platform and are subject to their own specific terms in addition to these General Terms.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the yk333 Platform are governed by yk333's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately on the Platform. In summary: all bets are final once confirmed by the system; bets placed after the event has commenced ("late bets") may be voided at yk333's discretion; and yk333 reserves the right to suspend or restrict betting markets on any event at any time, including for match integrity concerns.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games on the yk333 Platform are supplied by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Hacksaw Gaming, and Play'n GO. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and is displayed within the game information panel where applicable.

6.3 Malfunction and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error affecting a game or bet, yk333 reserves the right to void the affected round or transaction and refund the wagered amount to the player's account. yk333 will not be liable for any losses claimed to have arisen from technical faults. If a malfunction results in an incorrectly credited win, yk333 reserves the right to reclaim the erroneous amount from the player's balance.

6.4 Maximum Payout Limits

yk333 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual games, sessions, and accounts. Maximum payout limits, where applicable, will be communicated within the relevant game or sports market. Any winnings above the stated maximum payout limit will be capped at that limit regardless of the mathematical outcome of the game or bet.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yk333 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the yk333 Platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC processes;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other automated mechanism to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Participating in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the Platform;
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Allowing any other person to use your account, including family members;
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate transactions without first attempting resolution through yk333 support;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing yk333 staff or other players in any communication channel.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the yk333 Platform — including but not limited to the yk333 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the property of yk333 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the yk333 Platform without the prior written consent of yk333. Unauthorised use of yk333's intellectual property may result in legal action.

Game content provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used on the yk333 Platform under licence.

09 Privacy & Data

yk333 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering for an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

yk333 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. 10 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yk333 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the yk333 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate credential security;
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service disruptions;
• Errors in the display of odds, game outcomes, or account balances caused by software malfunctions (subject to our malfunction policy in Section 6.3);
• Losses arising from your misinterpretation of game rules, bonus terms, or betting markets;
• Indirect or consequential financial losses arising from your use of the Platform.

yk333's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or restrict yk333's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Termination

12.1 Termination by yk333

yk333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation; detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7; or any other reason that yk333 in its sole discretion determines to be in the interests of the security and integrity of the Platform.

12.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, yk333 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where termination results from a player's breach, any bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Where termination is initiated by yk333 without cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

12.3 Termination by Player

You may close your account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. The closure process will be completed within a reasonable timeframe, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned subject to these Terms.

13 Amendments to These Terms

yk333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, yk333 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email to the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the yk333 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact [email protected] to arrange account closure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of contract law applicable to online service agreements. yk333 operates its Platform with Bangladesh-based players as its primary audience.

In the event of a dispute between you and yk333, we encourage you to contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. yk333 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly. The support team will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days of the complaint being logged.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other avenue. yk333 reserves the right to apply the Terms as written and to make final determinations on disputes relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status.
